Building/ Condo Unit Tour

Hello again!  Welcome back and I hope you enjoy today’s post.  This week, I went through my building and house and gave you a tour of my home environment.

Today’s video gives you a glimpse of the area in which I navigate on a daily basis.  I take you into my garage, through the hallways and up to my condo unit. If you have been following me for a while, you know that this time last year, I had just sold my house and was moving into this place an hour away from where I grew up

What a lifestyle change!

I was super nervous, but it’s been well worth it.  It took a long time for the company I hired to get my modifications done.  Their communication was awful, not very professional, and they were working on multiple sites during the time they told me they would be working on my place.  Super frustrating, and I did leave a bad review for their company – something that I never do.

Anywhooooo

Diamond and I have finally completely adjusted and are loving it up here.  Well, I know I am. Moving from a house to a high rise condo building was definitely an adjustment.  Diamond has to go on leash every single time we go outside now, and we were used to just going outside and she would take herself around the block since it was hard for me to do so with the hills and broken sidewalks.  But, it gets me moving to and I’m getting more exercise now than what I did at my house.

Getting used to doing laundry was another big adjustment.  I couldn’t just start a load, and put it on a timer, before going to work and then switching it over to the dryer when I got home.  But, my laundry gets done and put away more quickly here than it did in my house because I’m sharing the space with others and I have to take care of it.

But, I cannot believe that I’ve lived in the Cleveland area for almost a year already!  Time has definitely flown by and I can’t wait to see what this next year brings me! So much has happened already and I cannot imagine what could be in store.  But, you know I have some goals set and the plan in place to achieve them!
