WOW | Quick Tabata

Leading an active lifestyle is just one part of living in a healthy way.  I like to make up my own workouts, but I would be lying if I didn’t say that I missed my group exercises classes at my gym back in Wooster.

Disclosure: There are some affiliate links below, but these are all products I highly recommend. I won’t put anything on this page that I haven’t verified and/or personally used. You can read my full disclosure here.
But I’m committed.

I’m committed to being healthy and living in a healthy way.  This video is a quick tabata workout that I designed based off things I did in a group class.  I would take notes during the class and then put together workouts later based on the notes.

I hope this inspires you to get up and move.  Everyday doesn’t have to be a workout, but you really should move on a daily basis.  When I’m not working out, I still take Diamond out for a walk and average about a mile with each walk.  It’s not intense and with all the “stops and smells” that Diamond does, it takes us a long time to complete the mile.

But, I’m still moving.

I do wear my Apple Watch everyday to keep me moving every hour and to motivate me to close my exercise and move rings!  I know that without these “triggers” I wouldn’t be moving as much as I am with them. My watch sends me push notifications when I’ve been sitting still for too long and encouraging messages to close my rings.

A goal that I have is to incorporate more strength training workouts into my week and to hold myself accountable, I’m going to be filming all of them, and posting them.  Sometimes to YouTube, sometimes to IGTV, and other times just to my Stories in IG and Snapchat. I hope that you enjoy watching them as much as I enjoy filming and editing them.  If you want to DM me with what you are doing, I would love to see it!

I want to keep coming up with different ideas in which will benefit you.  So, if you want to see something, let me know! I will keep track of all the ideas in my Push Journal and get to them as soon as I can!

Anyway, I hope you enjoy this video.  As always, leave me some feedback either here – below this post, e-mail me (megs@thewheellifeblog.com), or on any of my social media platforms! (FB/IG/TW @wheellifeblog and Snapchat @megsh8).  I would love to hear from you and what I can do to help. If there is ANYTHING that you want to hear about – please let me know!  I can’t do any of this without YOU, so I would love to connect with you!

Let’s keep those happy thoughts, productivity and self-care going!  Unit next time, live honestly, passionately, and with kindness!
